Product Manager · Enterprise SaaS · AI

Curious by nature.
Collaborative by choice.
Builder by obsession.

I take products from idea to adoption by blending customer empathy, technical thinking, and business strategy. Enterprise SaaS, analytics, AI, customer feedback — if it's complex and it matters to users, I want to work on it.

From idea to adoption —
that's my lane.

I'm a Product Manager who loves solving messy problems. I take products from idea to adoption by blending customer empathy, technical thinking, and business strategy — then working closely with engineering to actually make it happen.

Over the past few years I've led initiatives across enterprise SaaS, customer feedback platforms, digital experiences, analytics, and AI capabilities. My north star is simple: build things that scale, simplify complexity, and make customers say "this just works."

What I bring to the table

🏢
Enterprise SaaS
Led initiatives in complex B2B environments — navigating long sales cycles, enterprise stakeholders, and multi-team delivery.
💬
Customer Feedback Platforms
Built systems that close the loop between what users say and what teams actually build next.
📊
Analytics & Data Products
Shipped dashboards and data surfaces that give users answers — not just numbers — and decisions, not just visibility.
🤖
AI Capabilities
Currently exploring and shipping AI-powered features — thinking hard about where AI adds value vs where it adds noise.
🌐
Digital Experiences
Crafted end-to-end user journeys that simplify complexity and make the product feel like it just works.
🤝
Collaborative PM
Not a PRD machine — a partner to engineering and design. Tough situations call for solutions, not blame.

The person behind the PM

Sport
Cricket and racquet sports are my reset button. There's something about a game with real stakes that clears the head like nothing else — and yes, I'm competitive enough that a bad loss will bother me longer than I'd like to admit.

Photography
When I'm not on a court or a field, I'm usually behind a camera. Photography started as a simple need — to hold on to moments that pass too fast and fade faster. I don't shoot to create art. I shoot to be able to relive things. There's always a personal story behind a photograph, and that's what makes them satisfying to me. Someday, a Nat Geo project. Fingers crossed. 🤞

Travel
Travelling is something that has recently snuck up on me. Being completely out of your element in a new place does something to you — and I've started liking it more and more. Experiencing new cultures, exploring food and understanding people (to some extent) gives me a kick.
🦸
Avengers
Big Avengers fan. Unironically and unapologetically. Endgame in a packed theatre is still one of my favourite memories.
